Fantasy Football League - Colts win over DT Corey Simon

Espn is reporting that the Colts have agreed in principle to a contract with former Eagle's defensive tackle Corey Simon.

This is a serious upgrade for an often criticized Colts defense. Simon will add even more pass rushing ability to a Colt's defense that already has Dwight Freeney, the NFL's sack leader last year.

Although the Colts were the 29th ranked defense in the NFL last year, there were actually a pretty good fantasy football defense. This is because they had a lot of sacks and they create a lot of turnovers. Simon should help them increase their sack total from a year ago. If you're looking for a good scoring fantasy defense, keep your eye on the Colts. They are usually available on the waiver wire.
