Fantasy Football - Week 2 Injury Notes

Here are some of the most significant fantasy football injury notes from week 2 of the NFL. As always, these things can change as the week progresses.

1. Michael Vick - Injured hamstring: will undergo an MRI Monday, questionable for week 3.

2. Curtis Martin - Strained right knee: will undergo an MRI Monday - Derrick Blaylock is prepared to go if Martin cannot play in week 3.

3. Terrell Owens - Sore Abs - I would expect him to be fine for next Sunday.

4. Carnell Williams - Strained left foot - The rookie sensation is expected to play in week 3.

5. Kyle Boller - May need toe surgery - Anthony Wright will continue to start in his absence.

6. Tatum Bell - Sprained ankle on special teams - This may move Bell further down the depth chart. Mike Anderson is still recovering from a rib injury but started last Sunday. Ron Dayne seems to have secured the #2 back spot in Denver with Bell's injury. This situation just keeps getting cloudier.

7. Byron Leftwich - Unspecified leg injury - Expects to play against the Jets next week.

Check back for more updates throughout the week.
